*** Petitioner Anand Swaroop, working as Superintending Engineer with Municipal Corporation, Hisar, by way of filing the present writ petition craves for issuance of a direction to the official respondents Principal Secretary, Department of Urban Local Bodies, Haryana Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh, The Director General, Urban Local Bodies, Haryana, Panchkula and The Municipal Corporation Hissar to grant deemed promotion to the petitioner w.e.f. 1.9.2014 and on the post of Superintending Engineer w.e.f. 17.9.2019, the dates on which his juniors respondents No. 4 to 6 Shri Vijay Kumar Goyal, Ramesh Kumar and Vivek Gill were promoted vide orders dated 30.4.2019 and 15.10.2020. According to the petitioner, he had submitted detailed representations to the official respondents, copies of which being Annexure P-12 dated 3.9.

2021 Annexure P-13 but those did not evoke any response, as such he has approached this Court. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the official respondents more particularly respondents No. 1 and 2 to look into his representations and dispose of those in a time bound manner. Keeping in view the nature of the dispute between the parties as well as prayer made by the petitioner, for the purpose of enabling the PARVINDER SINGH 2021.12.

CWP No. 26317 of 2021 official respondents to consider the claim of petitioner and then to take appropriate action, if need be and further to avoid unnecessary litigation, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and if some action in the matter is warranted then the needful be done in accordance with law. A speaking order in that regard be passed, which be conveyed to the petitioner as per Registered A.D. Post.
