(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 21.09.2022 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court Jhajjar in complaint No. 513 of 2019 dated 05.10.2019 whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay interim maintenance of Rs.7,000/-p.m. to the respondent-wife from the date of filing of the application till disposal of the main petition.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the matter stands compromised between the parties.

Permitted to do so.
