Main case Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has constructed stilt plus fourth floor in terms of the policy of the respondents. Respondent No.3 had raised an objection that there is damage to the adjoining building owned by her. Respondent No.1-HSVP had appointed a Structural Engineer to visit the site and submit his report. He submits that petitioner was not issued any notice or intimated to join when the inspection of the site was carried out by the Structural Engineer although respondent No.3 VANITA 2025.08.21 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order and judgment

  was intimated about the inspection and she was present at the site. However, the petitioner was not afforded any opportunity, when the Structural Engineer had inspected the site or submitted his report. The petitioner has sent objections to the report, which are pending consideration before respondent No.2. Learned senior counsel further submits that the direction be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the objections/complaint in a time bound manner. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents No.1 and 2 only at this stage. 3.

Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, Addl.A.G, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to decide the objections raised by the petitioner within a period of one month. All pending miscellaneous application(s) also stand disposed of.
