After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellants states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to approach the learned Single Judge raising all the pleas as sought to be raised in the present appeal, as the writ petition is fixed for 20.07.2018. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the appellants to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
