Learned counsel appearing for CBI states that in the FIR that was registered on 04.10.2012, 38 prosecution witnesses already stand examined and there being no interim order, rather a clarification that the pendency of the present petition, shall be no ground for adjournment before the trial Court, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, realizing that the Court is not inclined, prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law.
