-.- HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., a prayer has been made for transfer of investigation in case FIR No.118 dated 22.02.2021 under Sections 147, 149, 302, 506 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal.

Learned State counsel, upon instructions from SI Ravinder Singh submits that the cancellation report in the aforementioned FIR has already been submitted before the trial Court and the same is pending consideration for 14.06.2023.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to contest the cancellation report submitted by the investigating agency before the trial Court, in accordance with law.
