Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Arjun alias Arjun Kashyap in case FIR No. 288 dated 10.09.2019, registered under Section(s) 323, 307, 506 & 34 IPC at Police Station Division No. 8, Ludhiana District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana.

The offence alleged against the petitioner is under Section 307 as he had caused injuries to the injured person as well along with his coaccused. Petitioner would be required for the purpose of investigation and for effecting recovery of weapon. As such, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and present petition stands dismissed.
