Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to conclude the enquiry initiated against the private respondents vide letter dated 30.10.2019 (P-5) in a specific time frame and thereafter take strict legal action against the culprits as per law. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
