(Oral) Counsel for the State has relied upon the order dated 23.02.2023, passed in CWP No.2909 of 2023, vide which the operation of the impugned order i.e. the order passed by the Land Acquisition Collector, Urban Estate, Gurugram, is stayed. It is further submitted that in view of the stay order, which has a direct bearing on the present case, no payment can be released, at this stage.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this petition, if so advised.
