The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of FIR No.57 dated 23.05.2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 506, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (for short, 'IPC'), at Police Station Moonak, District Sangrur, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.
Vide orders dated 05.01.2023 and 27.03.2023, the parties were directed to appear before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate, for getting their statements recorded; as to the genuineness of the compromise. In compliance thereof, reports of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar, dated 12.04.2023 and Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2023.09.15 14:34 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh
