Learned counsel the parties are ad idem that the parties have since settled the matter and a compromise dated 22.01.2025 has been entered into between them and in view thereof the present appeal may be disposed off in terms of the compromise.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the defendantrespondents states that the defendant-respondents would have no objection if the present appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

In view of the above, the present regular second appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise dated 22.01.2025, which is taken on record as Ex.C1 in a connected appeal being RSA-5700-2018, and the same shall form part of the decree sheet. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
