RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0060, dated 11.06.2019, under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 IPC and under Section 4 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to surrender before the court of competent jurisdiction. Finding the prayer as genuine, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the Court concerned within seven days from today and applies for bail, the concerned Court is directed to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
