RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of order dated 23.11.2021, Annexure P3, passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur, in FIR No.0060, dated 11.06.2019, under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 IPC and under Section 4 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur, vide which the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to approach the Revisionsal Court.

Allowed as prayed for.
