(ORAL) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.96, dated 01.05.2022, registered at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 27.10.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 27.10.2022, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
