(ORAL) The present set of appeals bearing RFA Nos.1449 to 1452, 2307, 2594 to 2601, 2605 to 2609, 3181 to 3189, 3377 to 3384, 3756 of 2017 are directed against the award dated 31.10.2011 passed by the Reference Court, Bathinda and the review application which was also dismissed as withdrawn on 16.12.2016.
The principle award dated 31.10.2011 was subject matter of challenge both at the behest of the Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Mandi Board)-respondent No.3 herein and by the landowners in the bunch of 160 appeals, the lead case bearing RFA No.5978 of 2013 titled as Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Mandi Board) Vs.
