This is an application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for preponing the main case to an early actual date. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present application.

In view of the above, present application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The present petition has been filed inter alia praying for the protection of life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

However, since the girl is a minor and less than 18 years and as per the averments she has contracted the marriage, the State Authorities are directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law against petitioner No.1 and proceed accordingly.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case. 5.

It is made clear that filing or pendency of this petition or any order/direction passed in this petition shall not be an alibi or defence to the petitioners, in case, they are found involved in any illegal activity and/or in violation of any law qua which the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
