**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 22.12.2021, he has verified the existence of dispute redressal system in terms of Clause 23 of the Agreement which provides for the remedy for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petitioner with a liberty to avail alternative remedy.
