The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned order/letter dated 11.4.2023, Annexure P-12, passed by respondent no.3, and order/letter dated 29.5.2023, Annexure P-13, passed by respondent no.2, whereby the petitioner's selection as Operator in the Irrigation and Water Resources Department, Haryana, pursuant to advertisement no.14/2019 dated 26.8.2019, Annexure P-1, has been cancelled, and a direction to issue letter of appointment to him with all consequential benefits. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the petition, the petitioner has been offered appointment on the post of Operator vide letter dated 28.11.2023. However, the consequential benefits w.e.f. 3.2.2023, the date from which other selected candidates pursuant to the advertisement were offered appointment, have not been given. Learned State counsel submits that in case any such representation claiming the consequential benefits w.e.f. 3.2.2023 is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receiving the representation.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
