The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.378 dated 25.08.2021, under Sections 376, 511, 452, 323, 34 IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, registered at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
