For the reasons stated in the application, present application is allowed, subject to all just exceptions and above proposed respondent is ordered to be impleaded as party respondent No. 3. Amended memo of parties is taken on record.

MAIN CASE Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuing directions to respondents for fixing the pay of petitioner in the Grade Pay of Rs. 5000/- w.e.f 01.12.2011 in view of Notification dated 23.12.2011 (P-2) read with Notification dated 12.04.2007 and letter dated 24.07.2018 (P-9).

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise his grievance DINESH KUMAR 2022.12.02 18:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document before the quarter concerned.

In case the petitioner makes a comprehensive representation, raising his grievance before the quarter concerned within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law within next three months positively by passing a reasoned order. Needless to say that in case there is a failure on the part of competent authority, petitioner would be at liberty to move an appropriate application for revival of this writ petition.
