Learned counsel for the petitioners has very fairly submitted that despite her best efforts, she could not contact with the petitioners as admittedly, petitioner No. 2 is a minor girl. 2.

In light of the above situation, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent-Authorities to take appropriate action in accordance with law. However, the State is duty bound to protect the life and liberty of all its citizens and no order needs to be passed qua the same.
