The limited prayer for which the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), with prayer for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take legal action against respondent Nos.4 to 7 for harassing, threatening the present petitioner to involve in false cases and illegally demanding money from the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime submits that for the time being, he would be satisfied in case he is allowed to make a fresh representation within a period of 15 days and the same be decided by an Officer of rank not lesser than of PPS under the supervision of an IPS rank Officer and that too within a reasonable time frame. 3.

Notice served upon the official respondent through State counsel. The nature of order this court proposes to pass is such that no response is required from the respondent.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to respondent No.2 within a period of 15 days, if such representation is made, in that case, he/she shall decide the same within two months either by himself/herself or by delegating the same to an Officer not below the rank of PPS/DySP within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of such representation. Order so passed must be speaking and reasoned and also be communicate to the petitioner through his counsel on the email ID of counsel, which the petitioner shall mention on his representation.
