       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.427 dated 13.11.2021, registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 342, 452, 506 IPC at Police Station Ellenabad, District Sirsa.

Vide order dated 23.12.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Rajesh Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of AMAN JAIN 2022.05.25 17:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
