The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 441 dated 20.11.2017 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station South Sector 34, Chandigarh. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amarjeet Singh, P.S. E.O.W., Chandigarh submits that the petitioner has already been exonerated and he is not required in this case. No challan has been presented against the petitioner as he is not made an accused in the present case. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition.
