Ferozepur Jhirka, Distt. Nuh under Section 366, 376-D, 120B, 506 IPC and after perusal of same, direction be issued for investigation of the case by some Higher Police officer or an independent agency to take prompt action against respondents/accused. The matter pertains to the year 2019. Perusal of the order sheets shows that the matter was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner on 07.07.2022. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last 4 dates of hearing i.e. 15.10.2019, 12.12.2019, 25.08.2022 and 16.10.2024. Today also, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
