(/ The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of impugned order/circular No.56/2022 dated 11.10.2022 (Annexure P-11) issued by the respondent-Bank. Mr. Gaurav Goel, Standing Counsel for the respondent-Bank states at Bar that the writ petition has become infructuous since the impugned order/circular No.56/2022 dated 11.10.2022 (Annexure P-11) has been withdrawn by the respondent-Bank.

The aforesaid statement is not controverted by learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. In view thereof, the present petition is hereby disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
