*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.101 dated 07.10.2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, at Police Station Bhadson, District Patiala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that petitioner could not comply with the previous order dated 12.07.2023 vide which he was directed to report to the Investigating Officer within 15 days and give his specimen signatures.
