Prayer in this revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of direction to the Court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Amritsar (for brevity - Trial Court) to decide the petitioner's application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC in a time-bound manner and also to decide another application filed by the petitioner under Order 39 Rule 2-A CPC expeditiously.

Shri Sartej Singh Narula, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents no.1 to 3 and has also filed his Vakalatnama. 3.
