The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of a direction to the Arresting Officer to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in FIR No.208 dated 21.08.2024, under Section 75(2) of the Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Udhyog Vihar, District Gurugram (Annexure P-1). 2.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the Investigating Officer has only issued notice to the petitioner, as such, he does not press the present petition at this stage.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of being not pressed. 4.
