(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and to move an application for grant of regular bail.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within 10 days from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court shall endeavour to dispose of the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of 3 days of filing of such application and, in any case, not later than a week.
