(Oral) Petitioners have preferred this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to the Investigating Officer to issue an advance notice to the petitioners in case petitioners are sought to be arrested in FIR No.19 dated 15.10.2022 registered under Section 8 of P.C. Act, Police Station Vigilance Bureau FS-1, Mohali. Petitioners, if so advised may approach the Court of Sessions at the first instance for the relief claimed in this petition and address all these grounds on merits before the concerned Court.
