Raj Kishore, one of the defendants/employees is in appeal against the judgments passed by the Courts below whereby suit of the respondent/plaintiff-Company for permanent injunction seeking to restrain defendants from causing hindrance in smooth functioning of the plaintiffCompany was decreed by Civil Judge (Junior Division)Faridabad vide judgment and decree dated 31.10.2014 and the findings thereof modified to some extent by Addl.Distt.Judge,Faridabad vide judgment and decree dated 21.12.2015. Hence the present appeal.
