Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for setting aside of the impugned notice dated 11.09.2023 (Annexure P-7) issued by respondent No.4, thereby announcing the auction of the agricultural land of the petitioners, being against the statutory provisions.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
