The impugned order dated 07.09.2017 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No.21558 of 2013 titled as 'Suraj Pal Chauhan and others Vs. Haryana Urban Development Authority and another' has already been implemented in their cases. No interim relief was granted to the appellant while issuing notice of motion in this appeal on 07.02.2018. The issue has, thus, become academic.
