Mr. Parminder Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner Mr. Ankur Mittal, Addl. A.G. Haryana *** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking setting aside of order dated 17.10.2022 (P-4). Learned State counsel has referred to order dated 17.10.2022 passed in CWP No. 23738-2022 in which it has been observed that due to bifurcation of Gram Panchayats, there were some corrections. He has further informed the Court that while passing the order dated 17.10.2022, there was some correction which was required to be made with respect to village Kalra Jagir which was before the reservation for SC and hence fresh exercise was to be carried out.

Learned State counsel states that after doing the correction in the impugned order mentioned at page No. 33 of the paper book, this village was rightly shown to be at Sr. No. 36 twice reserved. The Gram Panchayat was having percentage of 28.66 of Scheduled Caste. It is not the case of the petitioner that the village has population more than Hanoori and thus, this village has been rightly reserved for SC category and it has been reserved for once earlier. The sequential number has also been changed and now it is at sequential No. 4 . In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed.
