ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) Present appeal has been preferred by the appellants against the order dated 18.10.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar, vide which their application for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 408 dated 26.09.2022 registered under Sections 323, 506/34 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Sadar Hansi, Police District Hansi, District Hisar, has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that pursuant to the order dated 08.12.2022, the appellants have joined the investigation and are not required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present appeal is allowed and the order dated 08.12.
