The petitioner claims that there is mistake in Question No.47 of Part-A in paper Booklet Code : B. He as per prescribed procedure filed objections, however, respondent neither at preliminary stage nor at final stage has considered his objection. The answer key is disclosing incorrect answer and it has caused prejudice to him. 2.

Ms. Madhu Dayal, Addl. Standing Counsel, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that as per her instructions, the competent authority has already considered objection of the petitioner and an appropriate order would be communicated to the petitioner within three days from today.
