Mr. Pawan Longia, DAG, Haryana HARKESH MANUJA, J.(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Sections 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, prayer has been made for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent on account of alleged non-compliance of order dated 30.05.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-17371-2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the aforementioned order dated 30.05.2022 has been complied with by the respondents by passing a speaking order dated 02.02.2023. Copy of the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition, however, with liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.

Dismissed as not pressed with liberty aforesaid. Rule stands discharged.
