))  +&  , )-    Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.73 dated 28.05.2022, registered at Police Station Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran, under Sections 326, 323, 427, 148 and 149 IPC and Section 307 IPC (added later on).

Vide order dated 28.10.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

 Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Darshan Lal, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
