AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to declare the result of petitioners, who applied for the posts of Post Graduate Teacher (History) pursuant to Advertisement No.4/2015 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that though petitioners have not submitted any representation but would like to submit the same and direction may be issued to decide the representation within some specified time.

Though the aforementioned direction cannot be given for the reason that declaration of the result is totally domain of Selection Committee where interference cannot be granted at this stage. In my view, writ petition is pre-mature at this stage.

Dismissed.
