The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0006 dated 20.05.2025 registered under Section 318 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, at Police Station Cyber Crime, Fazilka, District Fazilka. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required in this case.

Learned State counsel has not refuted the aforesaid assertions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and, on instructions from ASI Bhagat Singh further submits that the petitioner is not required by the police for further investigation or custodial interrogation.
