Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.63 dated 04.02.2022, registered under Sections 120-B and 420 IPC at Police Station City Thanesar, Kurukshetra.

Custody certificate filed by learned State counsel is taken on record, as per which, the petitioner is behind bars for 3 months and 23 days.

Learned State counsel on instructions submits that out of 8, 6 witnesses have already been examined and the other two who are the Investigating Officer and SHO have been summoned for the next date of hearing before the trial Court i.e. 31.08.2023. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage and for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to decide the case in a time bound manner.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
