The suit is not maintainable, in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Gurudwara Sahib Vs. Gram Panchayat Sirthala and another 2013 (4) RCR (Civil) 703. No substantial question of law arises for determination by this Court, much less, no ground for interference is made out. The second appeal is dismissed.
