The petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of impugned order dated 16.6.2025 passed by respondent no.3, vide which the case of the petitioner for premature release has been rejected, contrary to the law laid down by this Court in CRWP No.796 of 2024 titled Rupinder Singh v. State of Punjab and others, decided on 27.9.2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage with liberty to file afresh, in case cause of action so ensues.
