Prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for her regular appointment in terms of the Policy dated 14.09.2012, Annexure P-7, issued by the Director Education. 2.

Learned counsel would contend that in paragraph No.5 of the written statement dated 05.01.2023 filed by way of affidavit of District Education Officer (E.E) Jalandhar, it has been stated that the application of the petitioner received through Deputy Commissioner, Jalandhar, is under consideration, with regard to which learned State counsel, on instructions, states that decision thereon shall be taken within a period of four months.
