(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned notices dated 29.11.2024, 12.12.2024, 26.12.2024, 23.01.2025, 05.02.2025, 08.05.2025 and 28.05.2025 (Annexures P-3 to P-9).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a subsequent development in this matter inasmuch as that now an order dated 28.07.2025 has been passed by the District Municipal Commissioner, Kaithal, whereby the petitioner has been permitted to remove his goods, subject to payment of bank guarantee. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and also to HIMANI GUPTA 2025.08.06 09:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document challenge order dated 28.07.2025.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
