Present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of orders/replies dated 08.11.2021 (Annexure P-6) and 18.11.2021 (Annexure P-7), vide which the claim of petitioners for re-fixation of their pension on their full/actual/higher salary on the basis of their actual contributions in accordance with the provisions of the Employees Pension Scheme, 1995 and at par with similarly situated retirees of respondent No.4-Corporation, as specified in the writ petition, has been rejected.
