(Oral) After arguing the matter for some time and in view of the fact that the order dated 05.11.2020 qua which the present petition has been filed has merged into the final order dated 12.11.2021 and even the petitioners have already filed a petition i.e. CWP No.3537 of 2022, counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the available pleas/defences in the writ petition.
