5 7Statement of Nishan Singh s/o Bir Singh r/o Village Deenewali PS Ajnala, Distt. Amritsar age about 33 years M.No.9855947067. It is stated that I am resident above said address and do labour job. We are five brothers and sisters. The eldest one is Balwinder Singh, younger to him is sister Balwinder Kaur then younger to her is myself and younger to me is Salwinder
Kaur and the youngest is Baggi Kaur who was married with Gurdarshan Singh @ Manga son of Bawa Singh r/o village Mahmoodpur, Distt. Patiala about 4 years back. Her daughter is Jasmeet Kaur @ Suman who is about 3/4 years. My sister Baggi Kaur have started living separately from Gurdarshan Singh and is living with us from last one year along with her daughter Jasmeet Kaur @ Suman in village Deenewali and during this my sister Baggi Kaur developed relations with Raju Singh son of Karnail Singh r/o Chak Fakra and was residing with him alongwith his daughter as wife of Raju Singh in village Chakdogra from last 7 months. Today on 12.6.
2023 in the morning Sikandar Singh son of Ajit Singh r/o Chakdogra who is grandson of my maternal uncle informed me on mobile that your sister Baggi Kaur and your niece Jasmeet Kaur @ Suman have been inflicted injuries in the night of 11.6.2023 at about 11.00 pm by Raju Singh with sharp edged weapon and the daughter Jasmeet Kaur @ Suman have died on the spot and her dead body have been concealed by Raju Singh and his mother Bholi and Baggi Kaur have been taken to Civil hospital Ajnala by Raju Singh as she had suffered serious injuries on the head.

Earlier also Raju Singh used to beat my sister Baggi Kaur and earlier also she had informed us about that and whenever we used to make him understand he always said that she has brought the girl from the earlier house and he will kill the girl and Baggi Kaur. Raju Singh in connivance with his mother Bholi have given injury on the head of my sister Baggi Kaur and have killed my niece Jasmeet Kaur @ Suman with sharp edge weapon and have misappropriated the dead body by concealing it somewhere. You have come on the spot on the information given by us. I am complainant. Legal action be taken against Raju Singh son of Karnail Singh and his mother Bholi wife of Karnail Singh residents of Chak Dogra and justice be delivered to us.
