Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner in Old Pension Scheme instead of New Pension Scheme which has been made applicable with effect from 01.01.2006.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case he is permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be decided by the third respondent, expeditiously. 4.
In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the AVIN KUMAR 2024.09.16 15:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this judgment/order.
